At Anchor of Hope Publications, LLC, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below:

Refunds:

• Digital Products (e-books): Refunds are not available once the download is initiated.

• Physical Products: Refunds are issued for defective or incorrect items. Proof of the defect or error may be required.

Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

• Items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

How to Request a Return or Refund:

• Upon approval, instructions for returning the item will be provided.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
